⚠️We will try our best to accommodate character requests, but some characters may not be available depending on the product.
In that case, we will prioritize your preferred color (if no color is specified, we will select one for you), so there is a possibility that a character you did not request may be included.

• If you purchase a packing video, we will create a video of your product being packed.
(※Gift box creation will also be given top priority.)

If there are no orders for a packing video, we will randomly select and upload one from time to time ❤︎
Videos will be uploaded as soon as they are created, but in busy periods, they may be uploaded around the time of product arrival.
• About the product
The product is an "imported product."
There may be minor scratches, scuffs, or slight printing misalignments from the initial production. Please understand this in advance.

* Shipping Information
Domestic shipping is free.
International shipping is a flat rate of 2900 JPY.
The price of the item includes shipping. (Japan only)
After your order is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays:
* If not busy, we will ship within approximately 7 days.
* If busy, we will ship within approximately 10 to 20 days.
* For convenience store payments and Pay-easy, shipping will be within the above-mentioned number of days, excluding weekends and holidays, after payment confirmation.
Because we handle each gift box and each item carefully, packaging may be slower than usual.

* Returns and Exchanges
The items are completely random lucky boxes.
We cannot accept requests for specific items, returns, or refunds.

• Regarding Delivery Slips
As part of our commitment to environmental protection, we have discontinued including delivery slips with our shipments (delivery slip-less).
Delivery slips will not be included with your order.
